The solution was simple - SHY ZIP® blinds which have a clever ZIP® welded to the sides of the fabric running in a special side channel to ensure the fabric is always held secure and so always controlling the light.
At this site the headboxes and side channels were powder coated to match the window frames. The fabric used on the blinds was SHY’s heavy duty PVC blackout material which is ideal for this environment as it is very robust and wipe clean.
