Sunfacta commercial roller blinds are ideal for shading large or small areas and can be fitted internally or externally to windows of up to 40 square metres in size. Providing a neat finish, Sunfacta roller blinds can be fitted on windows of up to 50 square metres in size, and of any shape. They can be installed on vertical, sloping, or tilting windows, rooflights and atria, shaped glazing and even curved areas such as glazed domes, cupolas or barrel -vaulted roofs.
Sunfacta cassetted roller blinds can be operated by using a side chain mechanism, manually by a handle or crank (gearbox), or motorised and operated electrically.
Five aluminium headbox sizes and 9 aluminium roller barrels ensure that the ideal hardware choice can be made to support the overall size of the blind and weight of the fabric chosen.
Standard colours for the box and hem bar are white (RAL 9910) and black (RAL 9005) 60% gloss. Natural anodised is also possible on some ranges as standard and others depending on quantity. Other minor parts/components are either white, black, or grey and chosen by us to complement the paint colour chosen… but do tell us if you have a particular preference.
Sunfacta commercial roller blinds have multiple uses. With a such a wide range of sizes and fabric options Sunfacta roller blinds can be used for all sorts of applications - from glare and heat control window blinds, to room and space dividers, projection screens in offices, and use in home cinemas.
Sunfacta roller blinds can be operated manually by side chain or gearbox with an attached (or detachable) operating handle. With SHY's motorised roller blind options, the motor is fully contained in the roller barrel and concealed within a neat headbox. Motorising enables a wide range of control systems to be used from a simple switch, through to fully automated operation, and linking to building management or home automation systems. Access for maintenance is easy, via a removable front cover on all of the headbox sizes.
Sunfacta’s 'twin' system enables two roller blinds to be contained in the same headbox, so two fabrics can be used for different functions in the same blind. For example, a screen blind to control glare could be coupled with a blackout fabric, providing the ultimate in light control. Another alternative could be combining a shading material with a projection screen, so the blind has a dual purpose.
It’s also possible to combine the benefits of a SHY ZIP roller blind with a Sunfacta. Ask us for the many combinations possible, or if you have ideas of your own, we can turn them into a viable option to suit your bespoke requirements.
