The Office for Product Safety & Standards launched its blind cord safety campaign earlier this week. Running until 18 October 2019, it's aim is to raise consumer awareness of the dangers posed to children by unsecured, looped blind cords.
Resources from this government body, to promote blind cord safety across social media. As older blinds with looped cords or chains may pose a threat to children they include tips on how to check them and make them safer.
